A nationally accredited course identifies the knowledge and skills required in the operation, maintenance, and safe handling of small plant and equipment commonly used in various industries

Equipment used in this training can include (but not limited to);

Quick- Cut concrete Saw, compressors, concrete mixers, pumps, wheelbarrows, generators, compaction equipment, brick/masonry saws, industrial wet and dry vacuum cleaners, road saws, brush cutters, mowers, pressure cleaners

Generally, 2-3 pieces of small plant and equipment will be used in training

 

Entry Requirements

  • Must have a USI number or create one here https://www.usi.gov.au/
  • All students will need to demonstrate suitable language, literacy and numeric (LLN) skills
  • Must wear long sleeve high-vis shirt, long pants and steel cap boots to the course.

 

Certification

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive:

  • Interim Certificate
  • Statement of attainment
