KIM BRUNSWICK (Dip TAA)
Kim Brunswick is the sole Director and original founder of Down to Earth. In the past, Kim worked as a
plant operator in Civil Construction and Mining until he sustained a serious shoulder injury in 1998. The injury changed his career from plant operator to trainer. After his shoulder reconstruction in 1999, Kim decided to pursue a career in Training because he felt passionate about teaching and understood the importance of safety and compliance. After working several years as an accredited trainer and assessor for several RTOs in Western Australia he decided to go private and founded Down to Earth Training and Assessing, initially a ‘one man, one trainer business’. In the early days of DTE incorporation, he worked alone all across Australia mainly providing training services to remote shires, towns and indigenous communities. Thanks to Kim’s industry knowledge and good principles of RTO governance, Down to Earth has grown into a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation servicing large corporate clients in mining, construction, logistics and engineering industries. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking care of his fish aquarium.
TARIK IMANIĆ (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering)
Tarik Imanić joined DTE in late 2010 initially as a Web Developer. In year 2011, Tarik became DT
E’s Web Administrator, a critical role in supporting the firms online Marketing Strategy. In the past, he worked as technical Director for several IT companies across Europe where he acquired both Management and IT industry knowledge to found his own IT firm called GT Solutions in 2008. GT Solutions is a growing IT firm specializing in network infrastructure, workstation and server installation, technical support of IT systems and IT consulting services.In his spare time, Tarik enjoys travelling, playing football, and other sport activities.
LJUBA MOJOVIĆ (External Company Advisor)
Ljuba Mojovic is a strategic business development professional with an international background. In 2010 Ljuba was appointed to drive strategic busines development and marketing for DTE Enterprises. In 2011 he was appointed as an external advisor to the CEO. In the past he worked in business developpment for ASX listed 'Synergy Plus' Australia's leading IT integrator and 'Gumala Enterprises' Australia's leading indigenous organisation with business assets in mining, tourism and logistics.
